About This Course
Employees should be able to raise workplace concerns without fear of punishment, intimidation, discrimination, harassment, or other negative consequences.

Speak Up Without Fear: Understanding Workplace Anti-Retaliation & Employee Protection is a 2-hour instructor-led live Zoom course focused on building practical awareness of workplace retaliation and employee protection.

The course explains what retaliation is, how it can occur directly or indirectly, and how employees may experience retaliation after raising grievances, reporting misconduct, participating in investigations, speaking with auditors or assessors, reporting harassment or safety concerns, or using other workplace reporting mechanisms.

Participants will explore realistic workplace scenarios to understand the difference between legitimate management action and potentially retaliatory treatment. Special attention is given to the responsibilities of supervisors, managers, HR, compliance personnel, and others who receive or manage employee concerns.

The session combines trainer explanation, practical examples, scenario discussion, participant interaction, and a short knowledge check.
