During the training session regulated by SMS that I attended, the first thing I learnt actually how to present even a boring topic in an interesting and engaging manner. The lively attitude and friendly gesture of the trainers literally made me more engaged into the training session. And as the training was on grievance handling procedure and welfare officers' roles and responsibilities, I learnt about these things deeply as well, and of course in such an amazing manner that I never expected to be real in case of learning these types of topics. I also learnt how to fight nervousness and be confident while delivering any speech or providing any training.
