Currently serving at Sustainable Management System Bangladesh, she has a proven track record of delivering impactful training programs across the Ready Made Garments industry and civil society sectors. Her expertise encompasses developing and facilitating training modules on safety management systems, fire safety, gender-based violence, human rights, and leadership. Farah has coordinated large-scale training initiatives involving hundreds of factories, ensuring quality, accountability, and effective communication between management and workers. She holds a Diploma in Social Compliance with top honors and an M.Sc. in Geography, complemented by multiple professional certifications including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 lead auditor qualifications.
