Nayma has a proven track record of conducting social compliance, environmental, and code of conduct audits, as well as delivering targeted training to enhance workplace standards. Her prior roles include Assistant Manager Compliance at MHC Apparels and Executive Compliance at Triple Apparels, where she managed audits against global buyer standards such as WRAP, BSCI, SEDEX, and ISO management systems. She holds an EMBA in Human Resource Management and a BA in English Language and Literature from the University of South Asia.
